Client:

Architect:

Heyne Tillett Steel

Budget:

£230,000.00

Project brief:

Situated adjacent to the North London railway, the Northern elevation running adjacent to the railway line presented a particular challenge when accessing the scaffold.

It meant that scaffold access on the Northern elevation had to be at all times closely monitored, supervised and maintained with a permit to work area and full trackside PPE worn.

A New Build/Refurbishment the project saw the installation of Anti-Root Hot Melt structural waterproofing covered with extruded polystyrene insulation, blue and Biodiverse roof finishes, Swift & Bat Boxes and insect habitats.
