Project brief:

The project saw the existing asphalt waterproofing and deck completely removed and a new metal deck installed with a new tapered and flat board insulations, black sheathing felt, 2 coats 20mm thick IKO Permaphalt roofing and solar reflective paint treatment.

All details were installed to free standing kerbs with black sheathing felt, expanded metal lathe with 3 coats IKO Permaphalt roofing and solar reflective paint treatment

This project was a Mastic Asphalt Council awards finalists
