Waterproofing System: Proteus Pro-cold Roof System

Works to all areas totalled 1600sqm

All the existing roof coverings were stripped from the supporting structure beneath and waste disposed of in line with our environmental policy and obligations. This included removing all existing roof coverings from all upstands and edge details. As Kimberly Clark is a manufacturer of household goods, good housekeeping was a major part of our works, working with the factory and the training of our team we kept the factory in the clean conditions that were required. 

We had all the rainwater outlets surveyed with some of them found to be blocked, these were then cleaned through to insure full flow. Installation of new 50mm thick PIR insulation to leave a suitable surface for our new waterproofing system. The new Proteus Pro-cold waterproofing system was installed as per the specification this was BBA certified,
